Strawberry and raisins crumble with oats


225 gr. strawberries
50 gr. peeled and finely chopped almonds
50 gr. oats
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons good honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon raisins


1. Wash the strawberries and remove the hulls. Cut them roughly to a baking-proof plate. Pour over 1 tablespoon of honey.

2. Mix the oats on a bowl, with the almonds, rest of honey, milk and cinnamon. Cover the strawberries with the mix, adjusting with the hands. Decorate with the raisins cut in half.

3. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180º) for 15 minutes. Serve still warm, with vanilla ice cream or Greek yoghurt.
